I am so excited to be a 2nd round judge for Easy Readers and Early Chapter Books for the Cybils Awards!
The Cybils Awards aims to recognize the children’s and young adult authors and illustrators whose books combine the highest literary merit and popular appeal.
Last year, I was a 2nd round judge for Graphic Novels for Middle Grade and Young Adult and it was a wonderful experience.
My group will chose from the easy readers and early chapter books screened by 1st Round Judges. I think they had the tough job!

I chose a category where the word count is lower! Last year I did graphic novels which was great and not too time consuming to read. I’m really excited to read Easy Readers and Early Chapter Books this year!!! Thanks for nominating your favorite books to the Cybils!!
