Simon and I met years ago when he was seeking letters of support for the appeal to trademark his band’s name. At that time, we met over the phone.
During the creation of We Sing from the Heart, we met over Zoom and via email. I also follow him on social media, so it feels like I have known him for quite some time, but I met him for the first time in the flesh at ALA this past June:
Simon and his wife have sold their worldly belongings and have embarked on a travel adventure. If you want to follow along, be sure to check out his Instagram. His wife is an artist, and they have something brewing. I can’t wait to find out!
