I'm leading a Round Table at NCTE 2025 in Denver!

If you are going to NCTE 2025 in Denver, Colorado, I’d love to meet up with you! I’ll be leading a roundtable and attending an awards luncheon.

Roundtable: The Nerdy Book Club: Dreaming of a More Empathetic World—One Book and Reader at Time

The Nerdy Book Club, an online literacy community and educator resource, celebrates children’s and young adult literature and promotes expansive reading. In this interactive session, roundtable leaders will discuss instructional strategies, literacy programs, writing ideas, book recommendations, and free resources for building a more empathetic world through wide reading and social engagement.
