Maui: Alexander & Baldwin Sugar Museum

I really enjoyed visiting the Sugar Museum in Maui. This is the last sugar plantation in Hawaii and its long history intersects with issues such as immigration, workers’ rights, water rights, industrial age, and more.

It was fascinating to learn about the history of sugar in Maui! I filmed the exhibits. Take a look here:
