Read Your World, formerly known as Multicultural Children’s Book Day, is a 501(c)3 non-profit whose mission is to raise awareness about children’s books that celebrate diversity and inclusion, and to get more of these books into the hands of readers including children, teachers, librarians, and parents.
This is our third online auction to raise funds to continue the work we do including:
- Themed Classroom Kits such as our Climate Change and Environmental Justice Kit
- Ig Live Interviews with KidLit creators
- Book donations to teachers
- Booklist resource to help readers find the diverse books they need
