New England Donor Services staff had the opportunity to hear from author Mia Wenjen on her inspiration and passion for amplifying voices from underrepresented communities, especially Asian American voices, in children’s books. Thank you Mia for being a part of this insightful discussion around the value of sharing and learning about one another, shining a spotlight on Asian American stories, including Asian American female athletes, and the importance of passing down stories to future generations.
