My daughter and her friend wanted to take a wine and cheese class so I decided to make it educational! We learned how to make cheese and butter. It started early at 10 am which was a little tough for my sleep-deprived, jet-lagged group but we rallied and the cheese aging cave revived us. Making cheese turns out to be both easy, yet with more steps than I realized.
Freshly made butter was also a revelation. It truly tastes a lot better than purchased butter from the supermarket! The best part was eating the spread of fine cheeses, homemade butter, and drinking a glass of wine! This class was a lot of fun and I highly recommend it!
