I was thrilled to be part of the Boston Public School Inaugural Books Fair.
I gave away 120 copies of Boxer Baby Battles Bedtime! to Boston Public School teachers.
It was a huge success:
Schools Attended: 6 schools attended across three days.
Books Distributed: 1,800 books were distributed to students across all grade levels.
Author Signings: 10 authors participated, signing books and engaging with attendees.
Activities and Workshops: 8 literary activities and workshops were conducted, including bookmark making, poetry writing, and more.
Books Donated: Over 3,000 books were donated by major supporters, such as Candlewick Press, Porter Square Books, Getty Publishing, Charlesbridge, Simon & Schuster, and Northeastern University.
I hope to be invited back next year!
