King’s College has King’s has five campuses that include its historic Strand Campus in central London, three other Thames-side campuses (Guy’s, St Thomas’, and Waterloo), and one in Denmark Hill in south London. I am not actually sure which one I visited; I only know that it was a single building the size of an entire blog.
My daughter’s friend tried very hard to convince the security guard that they were both prospective students in order to get us access to the inside of the building. Alas, the guard did not give us access so we were only able to peek inside the building and also walk around the outside. It did give us a flavor of the school.
Still, the campus that we saw is in a great location. King’s College does offer campus visits so be sure to schedule one. Our visit was more spur-of-the-moment just in case my daughter wanted to do a semester abroad program in the future.
What are your favorite books or spots in London? Thanks for sharing!
