Reading “Wiggles, Stomps, and Squeezes” seems like a wonderful way to introduce mindfulness techniques to children. This multicultural children’s book club selection provides great tools to help kids manage their emotions and anxiety. I appreciate the recommendation and look forward to reading it with my own children.
