I love your Twittter Party idea, and I love the variety of your questions.

I also write books with diverse characters. I’m learning, however, that readers want authors to refrain from pointing out diversity via printed words on the pages of children’s books. They tire of this. They want to read our stories, and see/observe our diverse ‘characters of color’ just being natural and doing normal everyday things with their families, and etc.

    Best wishes on your party!

      Hi Cherrye,
I think there is room for all kinds of diversity stories.
