Now that school is starting soon, I find that hot breakfasts are harder to pull off. We are always rushing in the morning due to the fact that two of kids — the youngest and oldest — are simply not morning people. They tend to skip breakfast or eat on the run because they are always running late.
My middle daughter, however, gets herself up every morning and makes herself a hot breakfast. She likes a big breakfast to set herself up for the day.
Now that my kids are in two schools instead of three (which means less morning chaos with three different start times), it’s time to figure out some affordable, quick and delicious breakfast options that I can realistically pull off.
That’s where Walmart and Jimmy Dean® Stuffed Hash Browns comes into play. We tried the Jimmy Dean® Sausage and Cheese Stuffed Hash Browns. My middle daughter liked that the hash browns were warm and crispy and filled with Jimmy Dean meats & cheese. I appreciate that there is 9 grams of protein per serving! My son likes the crisping sleeve that ensures a crispy, delicious hash brown with microwave use. He can use the microwave on his own, but not so much the oven. My oldest who runs the latest is happy that she can heat and eat in 2 minutes. My husband likes that there is no hassle and no mess! It’s a win-win all around!
Would you like to try Jimmy Dean® Stuffed Hash Browns too? I have a $1.00 off coupon for Jimmy Dean® Stuffed Hash Browns to offer you!
How about you? What hot, quick breakfasts are you making for those mornings that you are rushing to get the kids to school on time? Thanks for sharing!

You are kidding right? Absolutely a commercial for JimmyDean. Insulting to your sunscribers
Hi BethAnn,
I’m sorry this upsets you. I do sponsored posts from time to time on products that my family actually uses. Blogging, especially on books, does not really pay 🙂
Hey, the blogger is pretty transparent about promoting of certain companies/items on the blog. My big issue was the coupon/posting was live on the same day the coupon expired-totally useless to me at that point. Not everyone has a Smartphone~!
Hi Gail,
Sorry about that! I didn’t realize the coupon has such a short time span!
