My blogging assignment for The Peanuts Movie delighted my family! We were to go to our favorite UPick farm and search for The Great Pumpkin and anything else that reminded us of The Peanuts Movie which opens November 6th.
We enjoyed the New England fall foliage as we drove to Stowe, Massachusetts to Shelburne Farm. We usually go here once a year to pick apples but this year, my husband opted for a less commercial farm on the North Shore which my kids did not enjoy as much. Why? My kids are all about the cider donuts!
The cider donuts here are sold piping hot, fresh out of the fryer! They are delicious! We also are here for the aged Cabot cheese which somehow tastes better than any cheddar cheese we can purchase elsewhere. My son reminded my husband to bring his pocket knife so we could eat the cheese as a snack at the farm.
The boys were in search of The Great Pumpkin. They thought by posing (or perhaps hiding?), they could entice it to come.
I think we did end up finding The Great Pumpkin, of sorts.
If this is not the right one, we can catch it on November 6th at the movies at The Peanuts Movie!
How about you? Do your kids love The Peanuts too? Will you watch the movie?
This is a sponsored post for The Peanuts Movie. My opinions, as always, are my own.
BEST #OWNVOICES CHILDREN’S BOOKS: My Favorite Diversity Books for Kids Ages 1-12 is a book that I created to highlight books written by authors who share the same marginalized identity as the characters in their books.
This movie looks like one my kids would enjoy!
Hi MaryAnne,
