I’m celebrating kids caught in the act of reading again this summer. As always, I will send you a children’s book for every photo you send me of your child caught reading. I hope this sparks a love of reading for kids!

Mama Smiles kids’ caught reading!
Two weeks back, I caught my six yr old son reading all by himself. Generally, he enjoys if Iam reading but now he is getting the hang of reading all by himself. Summer reading has definitely helped him improve and his confidence too.
From The Weaving Ideas
My son is caught in the act of reading. The power of the Ninjago books! He was really into the cartoon and the lego sets so it was an easy leap to get him reading the chapter books too. This one is Kai: Nijago of Fire.
The Gift Huntress’ son caught reading on top of the dining room table! That works for me! (The Gift Huntress is a business started by my friend Lynn. She does personalized gift acquisitions for a very reasonable price!)

Lovely idea to take pictures of kids reading and combine it with a book giveaway. I’ve realized that I have way too many books on my shelves.
Hi Patricia,
Me too! It’s making me so happy to send kids books! Plus, it is keeping my office clean!

Thanks so much Julie! I am looking forward to your photo!
