Photo Contest to Win Tickets to Concerts

Win $500 in tickets from ScoreBig! This Father’s Day, it pays to have cute kids.

Submit a photo of your adorable kid(s), either wearing your favorite team’s gear or cheering for your team at a game and you’ll be entered to win $500 worth of tickets from ScoreBig!

Yes, it’s that easy.

What is ScoreBig? Well, we’re a place to get great deals on live event tickets without paying any fees or shipping charges for the privilege. All our tickets are below retail price and 100% guaranteed.

It’s that time of year when we start to think about Red Sox tickets and outdoor concerts. We don’t have season tickets to any sporting event in town (though Red Sox would be lovely, if not impossible to get). Our big outing a few years ago was to the U2 concert which we attended with another couple. Both of us got sitters so we could relive our college days. It was there we resolved to do this more often. By “this,” we meant another concert without kids, perhaps not as big as U2 or Madonna.
Our issues are always making time and procurement of tickets. The U2 tickets and random Red Sox tickets were easy. Usually, there is a friend or a work colleague that will shoot around an email selling their tickets. I always wanted a source to get tickets myself, either “a guy” that we know somehow, or a reputable source so it was nice to learn about ScoreBig.
It turns out that 40% of live event tickets go unsold every year. That’s a lot of empty seats. And the ticket industry can’t do a lot about it – because while they’d love for you to attend their events, they can’t offer big discounts on some seats and not others. So the seats stay empty and you stay home.
ScoreBig lets the ticket industry get you into those empty seats. In exchange for great tickets at great prices, members do things a little differently. It’s a little like a SouthWest airline flight. Instead of  getting an exact seat, you chooseg a seating area. And, it’s also a little like a bidding site where YOU, the buyer, say how much you are willing to pay for those tickets.
This gives the ticket providers the flexibility they need to give out great deals. To make sure the ScoreBig experience is easy and fun, they’ve eliminated all the un-fun things about the ticketing world – like sneaky fees and shipping charges, so members can focus on enjoying the event. That sounds great to me!
And, just in time for Father’s Day: submit a photo of your child wearing his or her favorite team gear or at an event to win $500 worth of tickets! You might win that perfect Father’s Day gift! Maybe I’ll see you at the next Red Sox game or Snow Patrol concert!

Cool, Mia! You’ll be happy to know that my husband is a HUGE Red Sox fan, even though we are in Chicago.

    • Hi Vanita,
You can win the tickets and use them for concerts or go the games and tune it out there! 🙂 Or just go to the games for the food like I do! I like all of that ball park food from the peanuts to the pretzels and hotdogs.
