Congrats to Alicia and Dawn for winning the books!
I received both of these books from Scholastic, the publisher, and reviewed both books here for Prayer book and here for dragon book.
Here’s how my Second Hand Saturday winner selection works. You leave a comment within 7 days when the post first goes up (you have from Sat until Sat, so really 8 days because I am not that on top of it). You tell me WHAT BOOK YOU WANT and WHY YOU WANT IT. Whoever makes a compelling argument will win because I am all about getting the right book into the right hands. If no one wants the books, I’ll tweet like mad until someone comments. My Twitter handle is @PragmaticMom. If you follow me, I’ll follow you back.

I would really LOVE A Small Child’s Book of Prayers. My daughter is 2 and a half years old. She has been going to Sunday School classes for 2 year olds, and is learning so many adorable songs. I think it would be awesome for her to be able to learn some prayers too. Right, now we have a very routine prayer that we say at bedtime. It would be great to have some others to recite as she grows older!
Hi There!
I think “A Small Child’s Book of Prayers” would be awesome. As you know, my little guy (almost 9 mts) is too young to comprehend, but I am always reading to him. The goal is to beef up his library with fun and interesting books and he currently does not have a prayer book.
I would love to have The Dragons of Wayward Crescent. My son and the boys in my class would LOVE to hear about a DRAGON!
