Getting Kids Reading
This week’s cute kids Caught in the Act … of READING! come courtesy of There’s A Book, DesignTrackMind, My Library Tweets, and reader, Nortina. Thank you all! If you have a picture of your child reading and would like to send it in, please email me at pragmaticmom.com (at) gmail (dot) com. I am posting the pics in the order that I receive them, so I will post all the pictures eventually. And I ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS need photos. If you send them to me, this means I don’t have to stalk my neighbor’s kids for photos. Seriously, do I do that? Not yet, but maybe if I get desperate! It could happen and only you can prevent it!

My Library Tweets sent in this cutie, a.k.a. “Turkey Boy.” And there are instructions here on her blog on how to make this awesome turkey hat! (I will try to remember to remind people of the project around Thanksgiving!)

The book is clearly more appealing than the swing set! Thanks for the picture, Nortina!

Ahhh…thank you so much for adding the photos! I just love catching my kiddos reading! So much fun! And I’m happy to hear you’re enjoying There’s A Book! The feeling is mutual. 🙂
Thank you so much for sharing your photos and for all your support! I am looking forward to your challenge!
I was a sick child – I used to hide my books in the clothes hamper so I could sneak in from outside to read while I was “going to the bathroom”. Talk about being a bookworm early on! LOL.
I guess it’s no wonder that you ended up in the publishing business!!!
